Contact Tropical Tours Explorer for help with your trip

Contact Tropical Tours Explorer when you need help choosing a Dominican Republic excursion, arranging transportation or reviewing an existing booking. A useful enquiry explains where you are staying, when you want to travel and what matters most to your party. You do not need a finished itinerary before asking a question. Start with your preferred activity or route and identify the details you still need to confirm.

Before making a new reservation

Include your travel date, the number of adults and children, and the complete name of your hotel or accommodation. Similar hotel names can refer to different properties. If you are staying in a villa or apartment, include the area and a clear pickup address. Explain whether you want a shared excursion, a private experience or transportation only. These are different services, even when they visit the same destination.

Tell us about a fixed deadline, such as a flight departure or a cruise return time. For an airport journey, include the airport code, flight number and local arrival date. For a hotel departure, provide the flight departure time as well as the property name. A requested pickup time remains a request until the provider confirms that it fits the route and service.

Questions about an existing booking

Use Manage Booking to access the available details for your reservation. Have the order number and booking email ready. When contacting support, include those references and describe the specific issue: an address correction, a traveler count, a pickup question or a requested date change. Keeping related questions in one conversation helps everyone work from the same information.

If your travel is close, use the operational contact shown in your confirmation where one is provided. Explain the current situation and the service time. Sending a change request does not by itself confirm that the booking has changed. Keep the original confirmation until you receive updated instructions, and check which version contains the accepted pickup details.

Accessibility, children and equipment

Describe the assistance you need in practical terms. Relevant details may include whether a traveler can use steps, whether a wheelchair folds, or whether a child restraint is required. Share equipment dimensions when they affect vehicle space. Do not send medical records through a general enquiry. Ask what arrangements are possible and wait for a clear answer before paying for a service that depends on special equipment or access.

Groups, events and professional enquiries

For a group program, list the arrival dates, hotels, estimated attendance and proposed activities. Separate airport movements from event transfers and free-time excursions. Identify one person who can approve the itinerary and tell us which arrangements are already confirmed. The DMC and group events page explains the information that helps build a coordinated request.

Travel agents should identify their business and the services they need for their clients. Suppliers can describe their operating area, service type and business contact details. A general enquiry is the start of a conversation; it does not establish a supplier agreement, trade rate or credit arrangement. Commercial terms need their own written confirmation.

What to check in the response

Compare the answer with your original request. Check the date, destination, traveler count, meeting arrangements and included services. Ask about any item that remains unclear before proceeding. Keep the applicable cancellation conditions with the reservation rather than relying on the conditions for a different tour or previous trip. Never email card numbers, passwords or security codes when requesting help.
